Attended the Ottawa Book Awards/Prix du livre d'Ottawa last night, presented by Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and hosted by Mathilde Hountchegnon.
Unfortunately I didn't get any photos, but I did pick up two books.
"But the sun, and the ships, and the fish, and the waves" by Conyer Clayton,
"Sheets: Typewriter Works," by Cameron Anstee.
(Thoughts will follow once I've read them).
What I did find interesting was the collection of finalists and winners' cover and cover art.
