Broken Keys Publishing & Press are proud to introduce our newest member to our increasingly growing roster of Ottawa's finest literary talents, Lilly White!
Lilly’s path of awakening began in 1991 when she entered a recovery program that opened the door to a deeper spiritual life. Guided by grace, she went on to study with world-renowned teachers including Caroline Myss, Andrew Harvey, and Dr. Mario Martinez, each shaping the wisdom she now shares with others.
In 2006, Lilly and her husband, John, moved from Ottawa to the small town of Almonte, Ontario, where they founded the White Light Retreat. Around that time, she also launched The White Lilly, a clothing line featuring eco-friendly designs inspired by her beloved Bali.
Life’s seasons brought both joy and sorrow. After the passing of her daughter, mother, and father within two years, Lilly chose to close her businesses in 2015. This became a sacred time of grieving, writing, and listening to Spirit, a time that birthed new ways of teaching and healing.
Her roles and credentials reflect her expansive calling: Certified Sacred Contract Counsellor, Spiritual Coach and Soul Guide, Lecturer and Workshop Facilitator, and Author of five books.
Lilly has opened conferences and shared the stage with Caroline Myss, John Holland, Andrew Harvey, and Dr. Mona Lisa Shultz. She has spoken at gatherings such as the WOW Conference, the Toronto Holistic World Expo, and her own POWER UP YOUR LIFE events.
Since 2004, she has led spiritual pilgrimages to Bali, where seekers join her to rediscover their soul’s truth. Her book Into the Heart of Bali reflects her deep love for the island and its mystical wisdom.
Affectionately called Fairy Lilly by her grandchildren, she continues to create spaces for connection and transformation through her monthly Breakfast with Soul gatherings and biannual conferences. With her husband of more than 50 years by her side, Lilly’s life is a living testament that healing, joy, and awakening are possible at every stage of our journey.
