Born in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, he moved to Ottawa (Ontario), to start a career in Human Resources Management with Bell Northern Research, later to move onto Digital Equipment of Canada, in Boston, and Toronto.

After six years, he accepted a position with Digital Equipment of Canada, as Manufacturing HR Representative. Over his fourteen years with Digital, Frank spent a year in Corporate Headquarters in Boston, two years as Eastern Canada Human Resources Representative, and his final two years at Canadian Headquarters, in Toronto.

After a 20+ year career in Human Resource Management, he opened his own consulting business, providing a variety of leadership training programs - primarily for Federal and Provincial Governments, Educational, and Private Sector organizations - throughout Ontario.

Upon retiring, the discovery of an old floppy disc containing short stories written years ago, inspired him to begin a serious writing career.

Since his writing has become prolific, publishing 6 books (just shy of 400,0000 words) within the past 2 years.

His first manuscript was published in 2024, and while Broken Keys Publishing managed every other aspect of the publishing business, he could focus solely on writing.

The stories contained in Frank's first six novels reflect a lifetime of passion for science fiction and a curiosity for what the universe has in store for those brave enough to venture beyond the boundaries.

Frank lives in Ottawa with his wife, Louise. He has a daughter and two grandchildren, as well as two sisters and nephews and nieces.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing Fender guitar, golfing, and the company of long-time friends.
