It is with great pride and humility that we announce, Broken Keys Publishing & Press has won the Ottawa Awards 2023 Best Printing Company Award!
Originally planned to launch in early 2020, with the arrival of Covid-19, the pandemic, and subsequent restrictions and lockdowns, we were ultimately forced to delay until early 2022.
It is our plan to bring changes to Ottawa's literary landscape and put a new face on publishing and printing services.
2022 saw the release of 8 new titles through 5 new authors. 2022 also saw Broken Keys Publishing & Press nominated and winning the CommunityVotes Award for Best Printer 2022. (And nominated in this same category for 2023!)
As of April, 2023, we have released another 5 titles (having signed on another 2 authors with several more in the works), and winning the Ottawa Awards 2023 Best Printing Company Award!
It is our hope and endeavour to bring quality print services at marketable and affordable prices! It is our mandate to work hand-in-hand with Ottawa's local authors, poets, and writers to find solutions, bridge challenges, and close the gap between unaffordable dreams and a marketable reality of truly getting oneself published and on the market!
With over 36 years in the print industry, our experience, contacts, and knowledge merge seamlessly into publication for an up-and-coming author's best chances!

We believe if you are not riding the wave of technological advancements, you are under it.
Ebooks, Print-on-demand, paperback, Author-Copies, Print Editions are not synonymous and have their place, but should be viewed as tools for different purposes.
