Lilly’s path of enlightenment began in 1991 when she entered a recovery program that transformed her life. Over the years she has studied with renowned teachers including Caroline Myss, Andrew Harvey, and Dr. Mario Martinez, deepening her understanding of spirituality, archetypes, and healing.
In December 2006, Lilly and her husband, John, moved from Ottawa to Almonte to establish the White Light Retreat. Around the same time, she launched The White Lilly, a clothing business dedicated to eco-friendly garments from Bali.
In 2015, after the profound loss of her daughter, mother, and father within two short years, Lilly closed her businesses. It became a time to grieve, reflect, and write, opening new pathways to share her experiences with others.
Lilly’s credentials and contributions span a wide range of roles. Certified Sacred Contract Counsellor, Spiritual Coach, Lecturer, and Author of seven books.
She's had the honour of being the opening speaker for Caroline Myss (2016 and 2018) and John Holland (2016), and has shared her wisdom at major events such as the WOW Conference (2016) and the Toronto Holistic World Expo (2006).
Since 2004, Lilly has guided countless seekers on transformative spiritual journeys to Bali, an experience she captures in her book Into the Heart of Bali. She is also the creator of the monthly Breakfast with Soul gatherings and the biannual POWER UP YOUR LIFE conference, both held in Almonte, Ontario. These events have welcomed esteemed guests such as Andrew Harvey and Dr. Mona Lisa Shultz.
