- 4 final files are provided. (2 PDF's, cover & text, for POD, and 2 files, cover & text, for eBook).

- One time fee*

- Any and all other profits from Amazon sales are 100% the author's

- it is the author’s responsibility to upload the files and manage their own Amazon account

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press does NOT provide an ISBN

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press is NOT the publisher

- this service does NOT provide any editing

- this service does NOT check for copyright infringements or licensing issues (ie fonts)

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press does NOT take any royalties

 

2- Expansive Package (ebook*** & Print-On-Demand****):

- basic formatting & layout for eBook and Print-On-Demond**** through Kobo, Nook (Barnes & Noble) and other various channels through Draft-2-Digital

- One time fee*

- Any and all other profits from sales are 100% the author's

- It is the author’s responsibility to upload the files and to have access to these distributors.

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press does NOT provide an ISBN

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press is NOT the publisher

- this service does NOT provide any editing

- this service does NOT check for copyright infringements or licensing issues (ie fonts)

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press does NOT take any royalties

 

3- Printing Services (Print editions**):

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press can print and deliver your Print Edition** order

- Price will be quoted and agreed upon before printing 

- payment will be received before delivery

- Broken Keys Publishing & Press is NOT the publisher

Services do not need to go through manuscript approval as Broken Keys Publishing & Press is not its publisher. Our logo and name will not be used in association with the manuscript or title in question.

* These services may range between $500 - $ 800 each

It is important that we define and classify the primary 3 mediums in which we work. 

 

**Print Edition:

A system or process whereby a set number of copies of a book or text are printed either via offset printing, lithography, or digital technology and shipped directly to the publisher and/or author for direct sales and/or inventory.

 

***Ebook:

A digital or electronic version of a printed book that can be read on a computer or handheld device designed specifically for this purpose.

It should be noted, as we transition towards the environmentally-friendly Sustainable Publishing we will be phasing out our option of ebooks by March of 2024. Some exceptions will apply.

****Print-on-demand, or POD:

A system or process whereby individual copies or small numbers of a book or text are printed to order and shipped directly to the end-user or customer, the copies bypassing both the publisher and/or the author. Often this service is available worldwide.
